The closest "asian" supermarket, that I know of, is the one on Castro Street in Mountain View. It's near Pho Hoa, the popular open-late pho restaurant.
Chinese Supermarkets:[]
- 99 Ranch (Chinese:大华). Their closest store is in Mountain View on Grant Road. You can get here by going south on El Camino Real from Stanford and turning right on Grant. After a few blocks it's on a shopping center on the right.
- Marina Food (Chinese:永和). Their closest store is in San Mateo close to Foster City. You can get here by going north on the 101 from Stanford. And exiting Hillsdale. Take a two rights from the ramp. And it's in the shopping center on your right. There's another pho restaurant here too called "L.A. Pho."
